Patient Care Coordinator

Originally from a small town outside of Charlottesville, Virginia, Erica moved to Charlotte after earning her degree in Psychology with a concentration in Human Services from Appalachian State University. Her path has taken her from caring for seniors in a close-knit mountain community to supporting youth programs and working alongside mental health professionals, each experience deepening her passion for helping others feel understood and cared for. Now at ACT Therapy, Erica brings warmth, empathy, and a steady hand to her role as a patient care coordinator. Outside of work, she finds joy in cooking cozy meals from scratch, flowing through pilates and yoga, and spending time with friends. She's excited to grow her roots in Charlotte and be part of a community that values connection, compassion, and well-being.
