Kayla Sparks

Kayla Sparks is a Clinical Fellow Speech-Language Pathologist (CF-SLP). She earned her Bachelor of Science in Speech-Language Pathology and Audiology from Towson University and her Master of Arts in Communication Sciences and Disorders from the University of North Carolina at Greensboro.

Throughout her academic and clinical training, Kayla gained experience working with individuals across the lifespan in a variety of settings, including hospitals, the neonatal intensive care unit (NICU), outpatient therapy, home health, daycares, and schools. These experiences strengthened her passion for helping children develop their communication and feeding skills while partnering with families every step of the way.

Kayla is passionate about providing child-led, play-based therapy that is individualized to each child's strengths and interests. She values partnering with caregivers, providing practical strategies, and empowering them to confidently support their child's communication and feeding goals across everyday routines and environments. Her aim is to provide meaningful therapy that extends beyond the therapy room and helps children thrive in their daily lives.

Outside of work, Kayla enjoys spending time with family and friends, crafting, trying new things, and soaking up the sun.
