Addison Lee, MSP CCC-SLP, graduated from Wake Forest University with a Bachelor of Arts in Studio Art and a minor in Psychology. She earned her master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology from the University of South Carolina. Addison has experience working with children and adults of all ages in diverse inpatient and outpatient settings, including hospitals, homes, daycares, preschools, clinics, and schools. Addison loves serving the pediatric population and has a special interest in Gestalt Language Processing (GLP), language delays and disorders, childhood apraxia of speech, augmentative and alternative communication (AAC), and feeding and swallowing disorders. She is trained in PROMPT, Sequential Oral Sensory (SOS) Approach to Feeding, The AEIOU Systematic Approach to Pediatric Feeding, and Gestalt Language Processing/Natural Language Acquisition. Addison is passionate about building meaningful connections with her clients and their families and implementing engaging, functional, and effective therapy activities. She embraces child-led therapy and creates a nurturing environment that fosters confidence and supports each child's developmental success. In her free time, Addison enjoys painting, reading, traveling, trying new restaurants in Charlotte, and spending time with her family, friends, and precious dog, Bailey!
