Jasmine Whitby

Jasmine Whitby is a native of Virginia and resides in Charlotte. She earned her Doctorate of Occupational Therapy from Methodist University in Fayetteville, North Carolina and received her Bachelor of Science degree from Methodist University in Recreation and Leisure Studies. Growing up, Jasmine recognized her love for pediatrics while working as a summer camp counselor with Parks and Recreation and being an activities manager at a family resort, where she worked with all ages and disabilities. She says children, and their families, bring her excitement and happiness, not to mention keeping her young at heart! She feels a strong bond between the child, family, and therapist is critical in facilitating a powerful therapeutic rapport within the occupational therapy process. Jasmine has clinical experience with children and adults for all ages in schools, home health, hospital, skilled nursing facilities, and private clinics. Jasmine enjoys spending time with family, friends, traveling, and watching sports games with her favorites being the Boston Celtics and San Francisco 49ers.
