Lesley Van Dyck

M.S., CCC-SLP

Lesley Van Dyck, M.S., CCC-SLP graduated with her bachelor’s degree in Speech and Hearing Sciences at the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill and her Master of Science in Speech-Language Pathology at East Carolina University.

Lesley has worked in various settings and enjoyed working with patients across the age spectrum (ages 1 -90)! Lesley specializes in speech-sound disorders, language disorders, TBI, cognition and memory, Passy Muir Valve assessment and placement for clients with a tracheostomy, and swallowing disorders.

As a mother of two young children, Lesley understands the challenges and concerns that come with parenting. Because of this, she is committed to providing a family-centered approach to treatment through play-based therapy sessions that encourage fun and growth using evidence-based practices.

Lesley believes in the power of play outside the clinic, too! In her free time, she enjoys exploring the Triangle’s food and beverage scene with her husband, Fit4Mom social events, running, writing, and crafting with her daughter and son.
